Case update, 23/1/2026:
The High Court of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur after hearing the submissions of the parties and the full trial for the case of Ikeda Mari & 254 & Ors v. Mface International Sdn Bhd & 6 Ors [2022] 1 LNS 1496 allowed the total claimed sum of 36.8 million USD (RM147,402,400) by the Plaintiffs against the 1st-6th Defendants.
The claim of the plaintiffs against the defendants was for a declaration that the pyramid scheme known as MFC Club, is illegal, thus void ab initio, and for the restitution of the invested monies to the said illegal pyramid scheme.
